Moussaka is a dish based on eggplant and/or potatoes, often containing minced meat. This moussaka is professionally prepared, cooked, and then freshly deep-frozen to preserve its flavors and juices.
Ingredients:
Beef and pork minced meat, eggplant, potato, olive oil, sunflower oil, onion, chopped tomato, tomato paste, cinnamon, allspice, feta cheese, cheese, salt, black pepper, béchamel.
Instructions:
Heat in a preheated fan oven at 150°C – 160°C for about 30 minutes or in the microwave at 800 W for about 8 – 10 minutes and consume within 1 hour. Do not refreeze after thawing.
